How do I book an Event with Wood Fire Woodie? You can fill out the form under our contact page and we will email you back with our availability and pricing.
Do you require a minimum? Yes all of our parties start at $2000- not including delivery & Setup fee.
What type of events do you cater?
Corporate Events, Rehearsal dinners, Reunions, graduations, Birthdays, Tailgates ,Sporting Events you name it.
How far in advance do I need to book? We book on a First come first serve basis. At least 2-4 weeks for most parties depending on Availability. We recommend booking as far in advance as possible especially during the warmer months.
How long do you serve for and what is included?
We serve for 1.5 hours - buffet style. The Buffet will be right near the pizza oven to guarantee Freshness. If you require the Buffet in a different location additional staffing MAY be needed for an additional Fee. Paper plates and paper Napkins are included as WELL.
Can you provide servers to pass the pizza? Yes for an additional fee. At least a 2 week notice is recommend to guarantee servers at your event.
What happens if it rains? We provide one tent for our trailer but have catered many parties in the rain.
What forms of payment do you accept? We accept all major credit cards, cash or Check.
Is Gratuity included? There is a 20% service charge and any other Gratuity included is at the discretion of the guest.
Are you a food truck and do you vend? All of our events are prepaid with a deposit AND REQUIRE A PRESET MENU. We are a custom built trailer that was built with original ‘46 Woodie fenders. The wood fired Mugnaini oven was imported from Italy and is solely wood burning.
Do I have to pay full price for children? Yes the price is the same for children as adults.
How much space is needed for the trailer? A 25 ft. long x 15ft Wide location is needed for the parking of trailer and access to operate the oven. At least 14ft of Clearance for the chimney is needed. The trailer cannot be hand pushed. A firm a level ground is needed due to the weight of the trailer.
