WOOD FIRE WOODIE IS OWNED AND OPERATED BY CHEF PAT FLANAGAN, AND HIS WIFE MARIAH.

THE FLANAGANS STARTED WITH A SIMPLE IDEA - BE MOBILE AND COOK PIZZA BY FIRE. ESTABLISHED IN 2007, THE WOODIE WAS DESIGNED TO REFLECT A PASSION FOR SURFING, SIMPLISTIC COOKING AND MODERN DESIGN RESULTING IN A UNIQUE EXPERIENCE FOR ALL GUESTS TO ENJOY.

IN 2012, THE FLANAGANS DECIDED TO BUILD OUT A BRICK AND MORTAR LOCATION. THEIR MODERN WOOD FIRED PIZZERIA IS LOCATED IN SCOTTS VALLEY, CA JUST OFF HWY 17 AT MT. HERMON EXIT. 

FROM MOBILE CATERING TO BRICK AND MORTAR, THEIR DREAM IS THE SAME: CHANGE THE WAY PEOPLE EXPERIENCE PIZZA.

PAT AND MARIAH BOTH STUDIED IN ITALY, WHICH IS WHERE THEY DEVELOPED A PASSION FOR ITALIAN COOKING AND A LOVE OF THIN CRUST PIZZA. THE FLANAGANS LIVE IN CAPITOLA, CA WITH THEIR TWO PIZZA-LOVING DAUGHTERS AND EVER-LOYAL LABRADOR, STELLA.
